You have two types of Image options, the Image panel and, EnvMap panel.
Image panel :
mipmap
Toggle mipmapping for the image.
UseAlpha
Use the alpha channel on the image for texture blending.
CalcAlpha
Use the alpha channel on the image for texture blending.
NegAlpha
Use the inverse alpha channel on the image for texture blending.
Envmap panel :
Cuberes
sets the size of one face on the image. This must be a power of two to work correctly
Load
Generates a cube map texture. The only option that works in the game engine.
